Redwood Development

Redwood Development is happy to announce that we are building 21 houses in the J-HAP down payment assistance program area (borrowers can receive up to $30,000 in down payment assistance). These homes are located on 29th street, 18th street, Missouri, Oliver, Texas, Roosevelt, Ozark, Arizona, Patterson, and New Jersey. The first house will be completed in early spring with all of them being completed by July 1, 2015. Most of the houses are 3 bedroom, 2 bath. Some of these houses feature basements, and a few have crawl spaces. Most of them have fireplaces and Jacuzzi tubs with carpet and tile throughout.
