Our team consists of six area supervisors who oversee sixty property managers who are responsible for over 130 complexes in Kansas, Missouri and Oklahoma. Our managers take time to carefully listen to the tenants’ needs and respond as quickly as possible. Bell specializes in ensuring each property is a safe, comfortable and clean environment for all residents. We strive to be the best, and take pride in what we do!
