We want to thank all residents for being patient the last couple of years with all our COVID Policies. Currently, we are going back to our normal rules and regulations for all complexes. We ask that if anyone in your household is sick or has signs of COVID, please let management know so we can take the appropriate precautions. If you prefer maintenance to wear a mask when doing a work order in your unit, please notify your manager at the time a work order is submitted. As always, we encourage all residents to call the office to make an appointment versus walking in. This guarantees the manager can give you their full attention.
