Important Announcement from Bell Management to our Communities:
Due to the increase in COVID-19 cases in our area, Bell Management is working with our local health departments and trying to stay aware of the changing guidelines being suggested.
We are allowing all amenities to be used, but we will have certain guidelines in place. Our priority is always our residents first, so at this time we will not allow any guests to use any of our amenities, residents only.
Here are a few more guidelines going forward:
Properties with Gyms, Computers Labs, Pools and other amenities, the number of residents allowed to use at a time will be limited. That information will be posted in the facility.
We ask that you sanitize the amenities after every use. We will provide Sanitizer and Cleaner throughout our community rooms.
We will not allow any tenant events or allow anyone to reserve the clubhouses at this time.
Our staff will continue their regular hours posted, please reach out to them via phone or email if you have any questions. As always, work orders can be placed in the drop box, or emailed to your property manager. If you would like for us to not enter your apartment during this time, you may place the work order and request for a later date for the work to be completed.
Our staff is required to wear masks around residents and we ask you to wear one if you wish to speak to management staff. We also will continue with Pest Spraying but will make sure everyone is wearing a mask when entering your home. If you do not want your apartment sprayed at this time, please notify your manager and we will skip your unit during Pest Spraying!
We understand this situation is not ideal, but we are trying to serve you in the safest way possible. We appreciate your patience and understanding during these unprecedented times.
