We have had a lot of exciting things happening these last few months. Ellis Point Apartments located in Webb City MO, formerly Atlantis Apartments, is now a conventional unit property. The clubhouse has undergone a beautiful renovation and now features a movie theater, storm shelter, entertaining kitchen, outdoor patio and BBQ area and renovated gym. Redwood Development has bought an apartment complex in Joplin MO and is completing work on the project, Copper Point Landing. Copper Point Landing will be conventional units completed in phases beginning Fall of 2016. Redwood Garden Estates located in Joplin MO is now complete and leasing quickly, these units are for those 55 and older and looking for an active lifestyle. Rose Park Estates located in Bolivar MO is now complete, the property under went a complete rehab including apartment interiors, exteriors and appliances. A brand new storm shelter and beautiful clubhouse have been added as well. We have started a new rehab at our property located in Hugo OK, Burnside Seniors. Phase one of the rehab is expected to be completed in Fall of 2016.
