We have broke ground on our two new propreties located in Webb City, MO. Redwood Gardens of Webb City and Redwood Garden Estates of Webb City, these properties are for those 55 and over. Redwood Development has just completed the first set of houses in Carl Junction and more will be completed shortly. We have recently taken on a property in Wheatland, MO called Meadow Brook Manor that we will be managing. Our Supervisors, Managers and Compliance officers just finished up a week of training in Branson with MOCARH, Missouri Council for Affordable Rental Housing.
