Shop with a Cop: Carthage and Carl Junction Police Departments

This Christmas season our office wanted to help as many families and individuals as possible so we donated to many different organizations. We helped sponsor Shop with a Cop through both the Carthage and Carl Junction Police Departments. This is where children get the opportunity to go to the store with an officer and purchase presents for their families with the money donated by community members. Families get nominated through the school system as well as by community members. We picked names off the Salvation Army Angel Tree and purchased gifts for those who otherwise may not have received any. We bought gifts for women and children who are currently residing at the Lafayette House and made a donation to Christmas of Hope.
